Can I return my Lowul Slippers for an exchange or refund?
We know you’re going to love your 100% custom made PERSONALIZED Lowul Slippers. Each item is handmade to order (customized item). Therefor WarmSlippers.com CAN’T ACCEPT RETURNS OR GIVE REFUNDS. We’re sorry about this, but we hope you understand. Since our slippers are all handmade to your order, we can’t simply exchange them, unless we made a mistake.

All our Slippers are Handmade and we make them AFTER customer places an order. We do not have items in stock and because of that every customer must wait until we make them, so we can deliver on time. The process of making them you can see in our video on our website.
If you have received damaged Slippers or we have sent you the size you did not order, let us know as soon as possible! Please send us a message at [email protected], before sending the item back.
In case we have sent you damaged Sippers or we have sent you the size you did not order the following requirements must be fulfilled: the item must be returned in its original package and condition, unused within 14 days of receiving an item. In order for us to accept your return, you must ensure your Lowul Slippers are unworn, unwashed and the box is still intact. Please ensure they’re packed properly. Any items received in an unsuitable condition will be refused. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
